The 42nd Annual General Meeting will be conducted by electronic means pursuant to ‘COVID‐19 (Temporary Measures) (Alternative Arrangements for Meetings for Registered Societies) Order 2020’.
Agenda:
1. To confirm the minutes of the 41st Annual General Meeting held on 31st May 2019.
2. To consider, approve and adopt the Annual/President’s Report of the Council for 2019/2020.
3. To consider, approve and adopt the Statement of Accounts and Balance Sheet for 2019.
4. To elect Council members for 2020‐2022 by appointing a proxy before the AGM.
